Frank Fagan Duathlon

The Frank Fagan Memorial Duathlon comprises a run (10K) followed by a cycle (54K) followed by a run (3K). Participants can take part as individuals or as part of a team. This year you can now enter the 10K run only, OR the 54K cycle only.

Prizes are awarded for individuals (M&F) and teams (M, F, and mixed) and new this year are prizes for masters categories.

Price of entry (after early bird finishes) is €25 per person (or €50 for a 2 person team) and the race commences at 10am.

This duathlon is run in memory of Frank Fagan. This is a charity event and all proceeds are donated to the Irish Heart Foundation.

Refreshments are provided after the race, which is also the start, finish and changeover points. This is a community focussed event, and we encourage everyone to take part in this friendly, fun event.

Some rules:
Participants must be aged 18+ if you are taking part as an individual or 16+ if you are part of a team.
No drafting allowed.
Normal rules of the road apply.
Entries are limited – please register early to avoid disappointment.
